I will be building a 58" wide by 20" high base out of recycled fencing running horizontal.  It will be stained and painted in layers of tans and creams and sanded for an aged appearance.  The "field of wildflowers" will be painted in the muted color pallet similar to the example painting provided, staying in the browns and muted greens pallet colors.  This painting will reflect my "style" of painting.  

The saying ". . . consider how the wildflowers grow" in script either along the lower right or upper right. (style and position to be determined)  It will be traced in chosen font and hand painted.
